From her early days as one of the few women in architecture at the University of New Mexico to leading multi-million-dollar projects, she has consistently broken barriers and thrived in male-dominated fields. Nancy’s journey includes transforming a struggling firm into a successful venture, managing high-profile projects like Macy’s stores and a $1.4 billion school project for New Jersey, and designing sustainable homes.
Today, she is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of leaders, especially women, in construction and architecture. Through her experiences, she shares invaluable insights on how to maintain confidence when faced with adversity and continues to inspire others to lead with resilience and vision.
